One year I couldn't find it and made another recipe I found online. It was nowhere near as good. Thankfully I did find the paper again and we have been able to eat this cheesecake every year. It's deliciously decadent and a wonderful way to enjoy pumpkin. I haven't eaten a slice of pumpkin pie since trying this cheesecake. It's just so much better!<br />

crumbs to medium bowl, drizzle melted butter over, and mix with rubber
spatula until evenly moistened. Turn crumbs into prepared springform
pan and, using hand, spread crumbs into even layer. Using flat-bottomed
ramekin or drinking glass, press crumbs evenly into pan bottom, then
use a soup spoon to press and smooth crumbs into edges of pan. Bake
until fragrant and browned about the edges, about 15 minutes. Cool on
wire rack while making filling.</div>

towels and fold pumpkin in half; peel back towels. Repeat and flip
pumpkin onto baking sheet; discard towel. </div>

scraping bowl after each addition. Add pumpkin, vanilla, and lemon
juice and beat at medium speed until combined, about 45 seconds; scrape
bowl. Add 3 eggs and beat at medium-low until incorporated, about 1
minute; scrape bowl. Add remaining 2 eggs and beat at medium-low until
incorporated, about 45 seconds; scrape bowl. Add heavy cream and beat
at low speed until combined, about 45 seconds. Using rubber spatula,
scrape bottom and sides of bowl and give final stir by hand.

into springform pan and smooth surface; set roasting pan in oven and
pour enough boiling water to come about halfway up side of springform
pan. Bake until center of cake is slightly wobbly when pan is shaken,
and center of cake registers 145 to 150 degrees on instant-read
thermometer, about 1 1/2 hours. Set roasting pan on wire
rack and use paring knife to loosen cake from sides of pan. Cool until
water is just warm, about 45 minutes. Remove springform pan from water
bath, discard foil, and set on wire rack; continue to cool until barely
warm, about 3 hours. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate until
chilled, at least 4 hours or up to 3 days.

We go to pick your own places and buy at least 20 pounds. My kids will eat several pounds in a few minutes before I shoo them away. minute, stirring constantly .Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add
coconut milk and reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes. Add chicken, onions,

and stir until all melted. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over

with spatula. Bake until fragrant and golden, 10-13 minutes. Let cool

mixing well. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; add to chocolate
mixture alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour
mixture. Mix at low speed after each addition until blended. Add water,
mixing well. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into two greased and floured
9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until a wooden
toothpick comes out clean from center. Cool in pans 10 minutes then
remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks. Frost as desired.

ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until crumbled and no
longer pink, drain fat. Return to skillet and add tomatoes, next three
ingredients and jalapenos and liquid, if desired. Cover and cook 10
minutes. Meanwhile prepare Texas toast according to package directions.
Serve beef mixture over Texas toast, sprinkle with cheese and pepper
slices, if desired. Serve with coleslaw.</span><br />

greased 6 qt oval shaped slow cooker. Combine paprika with remaining
Creole seasoning and rub over chicken. Arrange chicken on top of
vegetable mixture. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours until done. Serves

oven to 425. Prepare pastry. Stir together sugar and flour. In pie pan,
alternate layers of apples ,cranberries and sugar mixture, beginning
and ending with apple layers. Dot top with butter. Cover with top crust
and cut slits. Seal and flute edges. Cover edges with aluminum foil to
prevent excessive browning, remove foil during last 15 minutes of
baking. Bake 40-50 minutes until crust is brown. Cool. Serves 8.</span></div>

slow cooker with nonstick spray. Mix ingredients in crockpot. Turn on
low heat for 8 hours and then stir when finished. If you use regular
oats, it is a smoother porridge-like dish. If you use steel cut, it will
have a nice chewy texture. </span><br />

in brine. Cinch up bag and tie shut, making sure turkey is completely submerged
in brine. Leave turkey in brine for 18-24 hours. Ice should be present the
entire time the turkey is brining. (Turkey must remain cold!) After brining,
remove turkey from brine and rinse thoroughly. Discard brine. Cook turkey using

the oven to 500 degrees F. Remove the bird from brine and rinse inside and out

Without the glaze, they taste like a kind of healthy fruity muffin. With the glaze, you can serve them at a party or make them as a treat. These muffins make me want to have my own raspberry plants. 1 cup brown sugar<br />
3/4 cup butter or oil<br />
3 large eggs<br />
2 cups plain yogurt<br />

2.5 cups quick oats<br />
2 tsp baking soda<br />
1/2 tsp salt<br />
1 cup smashed raspberries<br />

<u><i>Glaze</i></u><br />
1 Tablespoon cream cheese<br />
1 Tablespoon butter<br />
2 Tablespoons raspberry juice (from smashed berries)<br />
Confectioners sugar<br />

Mix butter, sugar and eggs. Add yogurt, mix well. In separate bowl, mix flour, oats, soda and salt. Combine with wet mixture. Fold in smashed berries.<br />

Put mixture into greased muffin cups, Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes for mini muffins, 15-18 minutes for full size. Muffins should spring back when gently touched. Let cool before glazing.<br />
<br />
For glaze, mix cream cheese, butter and raspberry juice then start adding confectioners sugar, 1/4 cup at a time until it is desired thickness. We have soft white wheat and we grind it ourselves very fine so there isn't a big difference.<br />

1/4 cup powdered dry skim milk<br />
1/2 cup water<br />
2 Tbsp lemon juice<br />
1 cup dark brown sugar<br />
1/2 cup honey<br />
1 cup vegetable oil<br />
2 tsp vanilla<br />
2 eggs, beaten lightly<br />
1 tsp salt<br />
1 tsp baking soda<br />
6 cups whole wheat flour (approx)<br />

Mix together the powdered milk, water and lemon juice. In separate bowl combine the brown sugar, honey, oil, vanilla and eggs. Combine both mixtures and then add salt, baking soda and flour. The amount of flour needed will vary - add more if its too wet or sticky. The mixture will be fairly sticky but should pull away from bowl easily. Spray oil on your hands and divide the dough into 4 parts. Each ball can be rolled out on a cookie sheet to 1/8" thick. (This will take some patience!) Thicker will make them more cakey and cookie like. (We like them this way too!) Prick dough with fork. Bake at 375 F for 15 minutest or until light brown. Remove from oven and immediately cut into squares.<br />

This makes a TON of crackers but we have always eaten them within two days so I can't tell you about storage. If you are concerned, cut the recipe in half easily. Drain macaroni, set aside. In a large saucepan saute onion in butter until tender. STir in flour, mustard, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk while whisking, add Worcestershire sauce . Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened. (Stir constantly). Remove from heat, stir in cheese. Add macaroni, mix.<br />

3 sprigs thyme<br />
1 bay leaf<br />

1 ham steak cut into 1/2 inch pieces<br />

1 lb split peas<br />

4 cups chicken broth<br />

Wrap first 4 ingredients in cheese cloth sachet or put in spice ball.<br />

2 cups orange juice<br />
3 cups ginger ale<br />
2 Tbsp maple syrup<br />

1 orange, zested<br />

Combine ingredients in non reactive saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 30-45 minutes, until liquid is reduced by half.<br />
Carefully puree until smooth. Check seasoning. Serve in small ramekins with turkey. Reserve leftover (not used for dipping) for jam recipe below.<br />

4 ounces ginger ale<br />

Bring to a simmer and reduce by two-thirds or until the mixture has thickened to the consistency of a loose jam. Remember to keep the heat low to prevent the jam from burning. zest of 2 oranges<br />
2 tsp dried sage leaves<br />
1/4 cup chopped parsley<br />
1 cup chicken brother<br />

Toss bread cubes with olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 on 2 baking sheets for 15 minutes until lightly toasted. Let cool, put in bowl.<br />

Cook sausage in 2 tbsp oil in skillet for 20 minutes, drain off fat. Put in bowl with bread cubes<br />

Place remaining oil and butter in saucepan and cook onions and fennel for 10 minuets over medium low heat. Add cranberries, cook 5 more minutes. Fold into bread cubes with other ingredients, drizzling on broth 1/2 cup at time to moisten. Preheat oven to 350. Toss bread with thyme, salt, pepper and half oil. Spread on baking sheets and bake until golden, 15-20 minutes. Place in a bowl.<br />

Bring the apricots and orange juice to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and reserve.<br />

Brown sausge in a skillet, transfer to bread bowl with slotted spoon.<br />

Place remaining oil and butter in a pot and wilt the onions, celery, garlic and sage over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring. Add mixture to bread along with apples, cherries, apricots, and orange juice. Toss well.<br />

Drizzle the chicken broth all over to moisten as desired, adjust the seasonings. 1 package good seasons italian dressing mix, made with no water plus add 1 Tbsp mayonnaise or italian dressing.<br />

Cook pasta according to directons and cut up vegetables and cheese. Mix together. Make ahead and add cucumbers and cheese just before serving. Parboil vegetables or leave raw.<br />

1/2 cup butter<br />
4 (1 oz) squares bittersweet chocolate<br />
2 eggs<br />
2 egg yolks<br />
1/4 cup white sugar<br />
2 tsp white flour<br />

Preheat oven to 450 F. Butter and flour 4 4oz ramekins or custard cups.<br />
Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler until chocolate is almost completely melted.<br />
Beat eggs, yolks and sugar until light colored and thick.<br />
Beat together butter and chocolate mixtures by pouring chocolate mixture into egg mixture while beating. Qucikly mix in flour just until combined.<br />
